The above rates are in Euro and they are intended per night including breakfast, 10 % VAT and service charges.

Deadline for hotel reservations is October 13th, 2006.
After this deadline room reservations cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Reservations:
Reservations should be made on the appropriate Hotel Accommodation Form and must be accompanied by the relevant deposit (one night accommodation).
Rooms will be allotted on a first-come-first served basis.
Confirmation of your accommodation booking will be sent to you.
All accounts must be settled in full directly with the hotel prior to departure.

Arrival and Departure:
Should booking dates not be indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on November 29th and departure on December 1st, 2006.
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation.
In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservation will be automatically
cancelled.
Hotel check-in time is 12.00 p.m. or later.
Please notify late arrival! Check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
