The above rates are per room per night
including 20% tax and buffet breakfast.
Deadline for hotel reservations: October 5th, 2007, requests after this date will be handled upon
availability.
Cancellation conditions: all changes and cancellations must be addressed to AIMS International
Congress Service, Budapest at the address below. Cancellation terms vary by hotel. Please contact
AIMS International Congress Service, Budapest for details.
Hotel Reservations:
Reservation should be made on the appropriate Hotel Accommodation Form and must be
accompanied by the relevant deposit (amount of the entire lenght of stay).
Rooms will be allocated on first come - first served basis.
Confirmation of your accommodation booking will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit.
In case of no-show, the deposit is not refundable, the booked room will be only available for the
participant for the first night and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations / alterations must be in written form by letter, fax

Please note:
- Cancellations before September 5th, 2007 and for name changes or other alterations,
you will be charged €36,00
- Cancellations after September 5th, 2007 and for no-shows, you will be charged 100% of
the roomrate for the entire length of stay
