Procedure
Group registration, is applicable when a company wants to register at least 10 participants.
Early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received within June 20, 2009 even without a list of participants. The final list of participants must be sent to AIM GROUP - AIM CONGRESS by September 4, 2009.
Should this deadline of June 20 not be met, the difference between early and late registration fees will be charged.
Replacements are acceptable with no additional fee if received within September 4 2009. After this date, name changes will be charged at a fee of € 30,00 (VAT 20% included) each.

Group Registration Payment
All group registrations must be prepaid and submitted exclusively by on-line procedure. No refund will be made for any partially or totally cancelled group.

Important note
Deadline for on-line registrations is September 4, 2009. After this date new registrations and changes will be accepted only ON-SITE.

Congress Kit Delivery
Group registration material collection on-site will only be accepted if the appointment is pre-arranged and Group leaders must provide AIM GROUP - AIM CONGRESS with a copy of the confirmation letter confirming that Group kits will be collected by their Group leader. Group leaders are also requested to inform AIM Group – AIM Congress in advance of participants collecting their registration kit on their own.
The Desk for pre-registration will be open from Wednesday September 16, 15.00 – 18.00.
