A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
AIM Congress will be at your disposal for any information on hotel reservations.

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. A reservation fee of € 20,00 (VAT 20% included) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking.
AIM Congress will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Congress. AIM Congress reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
Within January 11, 2010
Within February 1st, 2010
After February 1st, 2010
In case of no-show |
only the reservation fee (euro 20,00) will be kept
one night accommodation will be charged
100% of the foreseen total will be charged

Please Note
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned.
AIM Group - AIM Congress reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.
