AIM Congress, together with AIM Education, is certified ISO9001 by DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV), one of the most prestigious "certification bodies" in the world. At the end of each event, AIM staff hand out customer satisfaction surveys to assess the extent to which customers are satisfied with the services provided.
